Founded in 2019 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, Yueqing Zebra Tools Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of tile leveling systems. Our factory houses in-house mold design, injection molding lines, and a dedicated quality control laboratory — every step from raw PP to finished product happens under one roof.
We serve distributors across 50+ countries with factory-direct pricing and full OEM/ODM customization — from Pantone color matching to private label packaging and custom mold development. Every order undergoes pre-shipment inspection.
Injection Molding Factory — Production Capacity
Our 2,700+ sqm injection facility operates 16 injection molding machines from 120T to 380T clamping force, producing over 50 million tile leveling components monthly. All tooling is designed and fabricated in-house with CAD/CAM software — average mold development from 3D design to T1 sample is 15–25 days.

Material Standards
We use 100% virgin PP (Polypropylene) and PP PE blends sourced from Sinopec and PetroChina — zero recycled or regrind material. Every raw material batch is verified with melt flow index testing. Material certificates provided upon request. Cold-weather durability tested to -5°C.
Quality Control
Dedicated QC lab with digital calipers (±0.01mm), push-pull force testers, and environmental chambers. Pre-shipment inspection on every order: dimensional verification, break point testing, and visual defect sorting. AQL 2.5 standard for all wholesale shipments.
OEM/ODM Customization
Full-service custom manufacturing: Pantone color matching for clips, wedges, spacers, and shims. Private label packaging — printed bags, retail boxes, blister cards. Custom mold fabrication — unique geometries from your 3D design. MOQ from 500 bags for standard products, 500 bags for custom colors.
