What is the MOQ for OEM tile leveling tools?
Custom packaging: 3,000 bags. Custom Pantone colors: 5,000 bags per color. Custom molds: contact us for a quote — mold cost depends on cavity count and complexity. Standard products without customization start at 500 bags.
How long does OEM production take?
Custom packaging: 10-15 days. Custom colors: 10-15 days. Custom molds: 15-25 days from 3D design to T1 sample. Artwork approval: 1-3 days. Sample shipping via DHL: 5-7 days.
What formats do you need for logo and artwork?
Vector formats preferred: AI, PDF, or EPS. High-resolution PNG accepted. For custom molds: 3D CAD file (STEP, IGES, or STL format). We can also work from physical samples or reference photos.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. 2-3 physical samples with your branding shipped via DHL (5-7 days). Free for qualified buyers — buyer covers shipping. Sample fees deducted from first bulk order. You approve before production begins.
Can I own the custom mold?
Yes. You own the mold — we store, maintain, and use it exclusively for your orders. If you switch factories, we ship the mold to you. Mold cost is a one-time investment, not a recurring fee.
