How long does shipping take from China?
USA West Coast: 18-25 days total (15-18 ocean + 3-7 production). Europe: 28-37 days. Middle East: 21-29 days. All from Ningbo Port. Includes production, inland trucking, ocean freight, and customs documentation.
What is the shipping cost for tile leveling tools?
20ft container: $2,000-3,500 depending on destination. 40ft HQ: $3,800-5,000. Per-bag freight cost drops significantly with 40ft containers. LCL available for trial orders. Contact us for a specific quote to your destination port.
What incoterms do you offer?
Standard terms: FOB Ningbo (recommended for first-time importers). Also available: CIF and EXW Wenzhou. FOB means we cover production, inland trucking, and export customs — you arrange ocean freight and import clearance.
What documents do you provide with each shipment?
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, CE Declaration of Conformity, RoHS Certificate. SASO CoC included for Saudi orders. Pre-shipment photos provided before balance payment.

20ft container: 500-600 mixed bags (10-12 pallets). 40ft HQ: 1,100-1,300 mixed bags (22-24 pallets). Actual count depends on product mix — spacers pack denser than clips. We calculate exact loading plans for every order.
