Wholesale planning tool

Build a tile leveling assortment for your buyers.

Select a sales channel, review a practical starting range, and see the published MOQ and FOB guide value before preparing an RFQ.

Quick Answer

A hardware store's smallest complete opening system is $860–1,075 FOB — 500 bags of clips, 500 bags of wedges and 100 pliers at published MOQ.

That is the three core lines. Add the range-extension shelf and the order reaches $1,760–2,425 FOB at published MOQs; any below-MOQ line still requires written approval.

Who this planner is for

Each buyer type starts from a different shelf. The groupings below are the ones this planner proposes — they are assortment suggestions drawn from how the product line is structured, not sales forecasts and not a claim about what sells fastest in your market.

  • Hardware stores — a system core (clips, wedges, pliers), till-side range extensions (cross, T and Y spacers plus horseshoe shims), and a specialist shelf (401-pc kit, reusable leveler, spin-type leveler, electric suction cup). The three tiers follow the published hardware-store assortment guide.
  • E-commerce sellers — retail-boxed kit sets and consumable clips and wedges as the listing core, spacer bags as low-cost add-on SKUs, and reusable, spin-type and suction-cup lines as higher-ticket listings.
  • Tile tool distributors — the fullest spread: the same core and extensions, plus every specialist line including tile mallet hammers, so one container covers the whole category.
  • Tile contractors — jobsite consumables and durable reusables: the system core and spacers, then reusable and spin-type systems, suction cups and mallets for surface preparation and finishing work.

Whichever profile you pick, every line starts at its published MOQ and you can adjust quantities, deselect lines, or switch profiles — the totals and the shareable URL update as you go.

Worked example: a hardware store's first order

Leave the profile on Hardware store and keep the three core lines at MOQ — 500 bags of clips ($350–425), 500 bags of wedges ($400–500) and 100 pliers ($110–150). The summary shows $860–1,075 FOB: that is the smallest complete system a tile-hardware aisle needs.

Tick the four range-extension lines at their MOQs (cross, T and Y spacers at 1,000 bags each, horseshoe shims at 500 bags) and the mix grows by $900–1,350, taking the cumulative order to $1,760–2,425. Add the specialist shelf and the full 11-SKU wall lands at $4,045–5,165.

From there, Continue to RFQ Builder carries every selected SKU and quantity into a ready-structured inquiry, and Review container loading checks how the mix fits a 20ft or 40ft load.

How this planner works

Starting groups are organized by buyer type. They are assortment suggestions, not sales forecasts. Adjust quantities to match your own customer mix and use the RFQ Builder to request confirmed terms.

Every price and MOQ in the totals comes from the same published wholesale price book that powers this site's product and wholesale pages — guide FOB values from Ningbo, per pack of 100 pcs unless stated. Guide prices move with raw material costs and are confirmed in a formal quotation; freight, duty, taxes and local charges are never included here.

How does the assortment planner estimate an opening order?

It groups products by buyer profile and uses the published MOQ and FOB price range for each selected SKU. It does not forecast sales or promise a particular mix will sell.

Does the planner include shipping, duty, or import tax?

No. The totals are guide FOB product values only. Freight, insurance, import duty, VAT/GST, broker charges, and local costs are excluded.

Will orders above $2,000 automatically receive lower MOQs?

No. A combined order may be considered for per-product MOQ flexibility, but eligibility is reviewed for each order. Ask for confirmation before planning quantities below MOQ.
