What's the difference between clips and wedges?
Clips are placed under tile edges before the adhesive sets. They remain permanently embedded under the tile after grouting. Wedges are inserted through the clips to pull adjacent tiles perfectly flush, then removed after 24 hours of curing. Wedges are reusable — one set of wedges can be used across multiple projects. Are wedges reusable?
Yes, our PE (polyethylene) wedges are designed for 100+ reuse cycles. This means buying wedges is a one-time investment that pays for itself. You still need approximately one wedge per clip for simultaneous jobs, but for smaller projects you may need fewer wedge bags than clip bags.
Do I need special pliers for the system?
