Tile Leveling Quality Control

This page gives importers and private-label buyers a documented control path for tile leveling tools. ZEBRA connects the approved sample, model and thickness checks, packing verification, batch records and shipment release without treating a certificate as proof of every production claim.

Five control gates from sample to shipment

Freeze the approved product and packaging reference first. Check incoming material and model identity, verify production dimensions and function, reconcile packed quantity and carton marks, then release only against the agreed inspection record.

02

Records buyers can request

The usable file may include the approved sample reference, purchase order, packing specification, sampled measurements, bag and carton counts, batch or date code, packed-lot photos and the final pass, rework or reject decision.

03

What these checks do not prove

A photo, certificate or sampled inspection does not establish every unit, universal service life, transport performance or customs compliance. Contract criteria and the approved packing list govern the exact order.
