Yes. Evaluation samples are available for qualified buyers. Dispatch timing depends on the selected model, sample preparation and delivery address, and is confirmed in the sample arrangement. Standard terms for new customers: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T wire transfer). We also support L/C (Letter of Credit) for orders above $10,000. Trade Assurance via Alibaba is available for first-time buyers who prefer platform-based payment protection. Payment currency: USD, EUR, or RMB.

For standard 60×60cm tiles, you need approximately ~11 clips per m². The exact count depends on tile size: smaller tiles use more clips per m², large-format tiles use fewer but require more per edge. See our complete calculator guide for a detailed breakdown by tile size.

The PP or PP/PE grade is defined by the selected model and approved order specification. We can provide the applicable batch material document on request. Confirm resin grade, break-force target and temperature requirement in the approved sample rather than applying one material or cold-temperature claim to every clip.

Compatibility is model-specific. Before mixing brands, check the clip opening, strap geometry, wedge travel and removal method with physical samples. Pair ZEBRA clips with the specified ZEBRA wedge when a documented fit is required.

Production and dispatch timing are confirmed in the written quotation after the SKU mix, quantity, packaging, stock status and destination are known. Freight transit is estimated separately by route and service; it is not included in the factory lead time.

Certification documents are scope-specific. ZEBRA can provide the applicable ISO 9001, CE-related, RoHS or third-party document for review, including its issuer and reference number. Buyers should verify that a document covers the ordered model, material or factory process before relying on it.
