What a complete RFQ contains

A quotation can only be as specific as the request behind it. The builder organizes the request into the eight fields our sales team needs to quote without guessing, using the same facts published across this site:

  • Products and quantities — one line per SKU, with the published MOQ shown beside the quantity field (clips and wedges 500 bags, pliers 100 pcs, cross and T spacers 1,000 bags, and so on). Quantities below MOQ are flagged for written confirmation rather than silently accepted.
  • Specification — clips are quoted by model, joint width and supported tile-thickness range. Do not transfer the dimensions, unit weight or tolerance of one model to another; the written quotation should identify the approved model.
  • Packaging and color — state the required unit pack, retail presentation, private-label artwork and color. Packaging MOQ, Pantone MOQ and any added cost are reconfirmed in the written quotation.
  • Trade term and destination port — FOB Ningbo is quoted by default; CIF and EXW Wenzhou can be requested.
  • QC — name the sampling standard, lot, inspection level, defect classes, acceptance rule and required report in the approved order specification.

What information helps a factory prepare a useful RFQ response?

List each product and quantity, its required size or specification, packaging and color needs, destination port, inspection expectations, and your timing. The more fields you can complete, the fewer assumptions the quotation needs.

Does this tool submit an order or guarantee a quote?

No. It prepares and submits an inquiry for a quotation. Price, MOQ flexibility, production timing, freight, and final specifications must be confirmed in the supplier’s written offer.

Can I use the RFQ without submitting my contact details?

Yes. Copy the generated email or print it to PDF without submitting the form. Contact details are sent only when you press Submit RFQ.
